Access to and use of the dreamjli platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the service:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by dreamjli.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of dreamjli or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

To access the full range of dreamjli services, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the dreamjli platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dreamjli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
• You must notify dreamjli immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.
• dreamjli reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Account registration is free of charge. dreamjli will never charge a fee solely for the creation of a player account.

All accounts are subject to identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures. dreamjli may request supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

dreamjli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the cashier page of your dreamjli account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dreamjli is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. dreamjli aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the dreamjli account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• dreamjli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting further documentation or temporarily placing a hold on the withdrawal.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player unless otherwise stated by dreamjli in writing.

dreamjli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account suspension.
• dreamjli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
• dreamjli reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has exploited a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

All games available on the dreamjli platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. dreamjli uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are genuinely random and fair.

• All bets placed on dreamjli are final once confirmed. dreamjli will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, dreamjli reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamjli platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your dreamjli account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by dreamjli.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dreamjli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the dreamjli platform without the prior written consent of dreamjli.
• The dreamjli name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of dreamjli. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreamjli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• dreamjli does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
• dreamjli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dreamjli account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dreamjli's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

dreamjli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

• Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, dreamjli reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.
• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dreamjli reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to dreamjli's customer support team for informal resolution.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
• You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the dreamjli platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

dreamjli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dreamjli will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the dreamjli platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
